This notice explains what personal information Saxmoore Services collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) requires.
Who we are

What we collect, and why
- The quote form: your name, mobile number, suburb or town, the service you need, your message and, for a fence certificate, the transfer date. We use it only to reply to you, quote and do the job.
- WhatsApp, calls and email: what you send us, including photos, for the same purpose.
- Website statistics: Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to count visits and see which pages and adverts lead to enquiries. They don’t tell us who you are, and we don’t use them to show you adverts on other websites.
- Adverts: if you reach us from a Google advert, we note which advert it was, with Google’s click reference, alongside your quote request, so we know which adverts work. If you phone us from a Google advert, Google may connect the call through its own forwarding number and tell us when you called, how long the call lasted and your area code. It doesn’t record the call.
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Analytics on this browser
Switching it off stops Google Analytics and Google Ads on this website for this browser, and clears our note of which advert brought you here. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, it’s off already.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run this website, our email and WhatsApp for us. They may only use it to provide that service. If the law requires it, we may have to share information with the authorities.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to reply, quote, do the work and keep the records the law requires (for example tax and certificate records). After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email matthew@saxmoore.co.za. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
