- Repairs: usually the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
- Warranty: repairs carry the 3-month parts-and-labour warranty the CPA requires.

Do you really come out to Sandton and Morningside from Walkerville?
Yes. Most of our northern work is in Morningside, with jobs in Sandton, River Club, Fourways and Bryanston too, on homes, estate homes, practices and businesses.
Can you upgrade my old alarm to Ajax without new wiring?
Usually, yes. Ajax is wireless, so we swap the old detectors for Ajax ones and add the gates, garage doors and fence alarm to the same app. See Ajax alarm systems.
Can my electric fence report to my alarm?
Yes. We fit a transmitter or a wireless contact on the energiser, so a fence alarm shows on your alarm app.
Do you install intercoms for practices and offices?
Yes. Video intercoms with one or several answering points, with battery backup so they work through power cuts. See access control.
How quickly can you get to me for a repair?
Usually the next working day. We work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and any call-out fee is told to you before we come out.
