An older alarm, with separate controls for the fence, gates and lights
The house had an older alarm with many outdoor detectors. The owners wanted one system: alarm, fence alerts, gates, garage doors and the existing cameras together.
We swapped every detector for Ajax and linked everything else to the hub
- Installed an Ajax Hub 2 with a street siren and an indoor siren.
- Replaced all 26 outdoor detectors with Ajax wireless outdoor detectors, each with a hood.
- Replaced all 13 indoor detectors with Ajax wireless detectors.
- Fitted an Ajax transmitter on the electric fence energiser, so fence alarms come through the app.
- Fitted 5 Ajax relays to work the gates and garage doors, and 6 to switch status lights in 3 places.
- Coded 4 key fobs and brought the existing Hikvision cameras onto the Ajax app.
