The house needed a new alarm, more cameras and a fence that would pass
The camera system was full at 8 channels, the alarm needed replacing, and the electric fence needed rewiring before it could be certified.
We upgraded all three systems in one go
- Installed an Ajax Hub 2 with 4 outdoor motion detectors (with rain hoods) and 5 indoor motion detectors, and coded a key fob.
- Fitted an Ajax tilt sensor on the gate motor, and reinstalled the gate motor.
- Upgraded the 8-channel recorder to a 16-channel Hikvision DVR.
- Added 7 colour bullet cameras and 3 colour dome cameras, with cabling to the new positions.
- Rewired the electric fence with new tensioners and strain stays, and added earthing, an earth grid, a lightning diverter and a heavy-duty gate contact.
- Installed a Wizard 4 energiser, tested the fence and issued the electric fence certificate.
