The owners wanted warning before anyone reached the doors, and the fence split into two zones
Outdoor detection had to cover the garden, the patio and the approaches to the house, and the electric fence was on a single zone.
We put outdoor detectors around the house and split the fence into two zones
- Installed an Ajax Hub 2 Plus with internet and GSM connections and battery backup.
- Fitted 5 outdoor dual-curtain detectors and 4 outdoor motion detectors with hoods, one of them on the patio.
- Added a wireless street siren and coded 3 key fobs.
- Replaced the fence energiser with a 2-zone M28 and ran new HT cables to the fence.
- Added 3 earth spikes and a 30 W siren, and serviced the fence.

Outdoor alarms on the app, and a fence in two zones
The alarm reports to the Ajax app over both internet and GSM, and the fence now alarms zone by zone.
